Cute bag! My seam ripper is my most used notion, although not my favorite! I like cute buttons, snaps, and bias tape.
My favourite notions - apart from my three seam rippers!, are pretty trimmings, like ric rac and ribbons : )

I think my favorite notion is a rotary cutter. i started quilting back in the day when we used rulers, pencils and straight pins and scissors! These rotary cutters are absolutely the best thing to come to the quilting world!
I love bias tape and buttons! Especially love little bias tape makers.

hum....I am a hand quilter and also sometimes hand tie quilts. So good needles, stick-on thimbles, quilting thread, cotton flosses, embroidery threads etc are my favourite notions.

Not sure if it is a notion, but I have been using that heat bond stuff to fuse batting. I love it. I had so many scrap sized batting laying around and now I can use it!
