Happiness is.... and WiP

Happiness is... Cori Dantini by Blend "Beauty is You" fabric.

I received THE MOST beautiful fabric in the post today from Sew me a Song.  Now, I'm not a girlie-girl as many of you know but for some reason this very pretty and feminine fabric 'spoke' to me so I had to have it!!  Could be the art-like and collage style that appeals... there is just something about the panel that I adore.  The yummy natural colours and the text...I love it all.  Oh and I got the co-ordinating fabrics too [I spoiled myself].

Lots and lots going on here.  Swaps, bees, 'forwards', works in progress, unfinished objects -- the list seems endless but I'm working on it!!!  As soon as I complete something it seems that I start two more!!  I wouldn't have it any other way though :)

Being busy makes for a lot of excitement when the post arrives too - look at these yummy packages!  I received some more Bee Europa blocks and my first Running with Scissors block and a few other bits and bobs.

Isn't sewing fun!!?
