WiP Wednesday bee-utiful

I am so excited!  I received my very first bee package today for Bee Europa 2012/2013!  It has instructions, an example picture, pattern bits, fabrics and a pack of needles.  How cool is that!?  First up is Cara from Pink Stitches who has really good taste in fabrics - look at these beauties!  I'm not normally a pink fabric person but these fabrics all together are lovely, aren't they!?

I'm participating in...So, looks like I have another project to add to my ever-growing WiP list!!  Not complaining though - I get to make a Rocky Road to Kansas quilt block [tutorial by Fresh Lemons] which I have never made before so I get to try something new.  This is a paper pieced block which is also new to me so I can't wait to make this one and try lots of new things!  I am still pondering what my own bee month will be - I have two things I am drawn to but I have until July to decide.  Thankfully!

Anyways, here is an abridged version of my WiP list:

Current:
~Sew into Solids - 6 blocks completed, 3 to more to make to catch up
~Siblings Together quilt top - done, just needs to be quilted/finished! DONE
~Zakka Itty Bitty magnets - just need to stitch closed DONE

Must do ASAP:
~Fat Quarterly Retreat Swap items - 5 test sample items completed but final decision/actual swapping items not completed!
~Mod Sampler quilt - to be quilted
~Green-grey-teal-turquoise quilt - to be quilted

Planning stage:
~Play Mini Quilt DONE
~LMQG Inspired by Art project (May Challenge for July)

I'll be linking up with Freshly Pieced WiP Wednesday
